8/28/13 MOTO

Look 3:Hello MOTO...

Here it is guys, the last and final look of the Fall Trends Now Mini Series! My one of my clothing vices is a nice cute jacket. I cannot turn the other way if I see one on the rack. I found this gem at Target! Oh by the way, I am also a Target fiend. Has anyone been into a Target lately? Sadly not all Targets are created equal, but luckily for me I live by one of the most popular Targets in the Chicagoland area (SCORE) and they get EVERYTHING! I was in there the other day picking up school supplies and no matter where I turned I saw something cute! Things I didn't have any business needing, I tried to find some reason why I needed to get it. I had a lot of self control that day and only bought one thing I absolutely didn't need....sushi shaped erasers. I know you are all probably laughing on the other end of your computer right now, but they were just too cute I had to get them. I know there has to be other people out there who share my enthusiasm for Target. Right? Anyways, let me get off my Target soapbox and into the real reason why you guys came here.

This outfit is inspired by one of the most timeless pieces, the leather biker jacket. This jacket never goes out of style and completes any fall look. Like I mentioned in my other post, the key to wear fall fashions in the summer is the fabric. If you mimic your favorite fall items in a lightweight material suitable for the hot temps, you are golden! The jacket I have featured here is made out of a very light woven cotton. Causing the jacket to be very breathable, but still thick enough to keep you warm on those chilly summer nights. I've even seen really cute denim motorcycle jackets. I paired my jacket with a floral scarf and a statement necklace to dress up the white t-shirt underneath. Then I finished the look off with my trusty boyfriend jeans and some metallic heels for some height. I am way too short to wear boyfriend jeans with flats. I will look like an oompa loompa otherwise. Keep in mind that floral patterns and metallic details will still carry on into fall. So keep it on deck ladies and gents! What summer items are you hoping that to transition in to your fall wardrobe?

Stay in tune later on this week for the second edition of Feature Friday. Have a happy Wednesday loves!

**If you guys are loving the statement necklace please help support my good friend Chriselle and her online jewelry site at Gold Rush Boutique. Don't forget to tell her Hk sent you!
